CLASS POLICY

Pre registration is required for all classes.  All classes need to be paid in full on or before the first class. If payment is not received, you will be put on a waiting list until we receive your payment.  A list of class supplies will be given to you at time of registration or mailed.  The instructor and the project determine class size.  We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class with less than 3 people or for any unforeseen issues.  We must have cancellations at least 5 days in advance of the class for your fee to be refunded.  Failure to notify us within this time period will result in forfeiture of the fee.  If we cancel, any prepaid participants will receive a full refund.

Please come prepared and on time.  Class fees do not include supplies.  Always bring your own machine, (in good working order), and basic supplies to any sewing class. (We do have 2 machines to rent at $10.00 per class) Any special supplies will be noted on the supply list.  Please purchase all supplies before class so you are ready to go when class starts.  Children are not allowed in classes or UFO days.  The exception to this would be a childrenÕs class.
On all day classes, you may bring a lunch and store it in our refrigerator.  We also have a microwave for you to use.  (Subway and HardeeÕs are less than a block away too.)

Class participants will receive a 10% discount on all in stock sewing/quilting notions used for a class project.
